Course: Experimental Biophotonics

Dear Czech-BioImaging users,

you are welcome to register to the theoretical and practical course Experimental Biophotonics held from 26th to 27th September 2024, organized by the Biophotonics Core Facility. 

This course will cover:

  • Light microscopy techniques for studying live cells in vitro: principles of light microscopy, fluorescence, confocal microscopy and quantitative phase imaging in holographic microscopy
  • Basics of cell biology and preparation of live cells for microscopy observations
  • Demonstrations and practical sections in the laboratory
