• Registration fee: 1 000 CZK (incl. VAT, scientific sessions, commercial exhibition, social program, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, digital Book of Abstracts)
• Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be sent to conference@czech-bioimaging.cz on the following conditions:
  • Before 31 August 2024 (23:59 CET): a full refund of the fee
  • After 31 August 2024: no refund of the fee

By ticking the box "I am considering submitting an abstract for poster or oral presentation" on the registration form, you will receive an email with a link to submit your abstract.

Conference venue

Accommodation

All participants are requested to make their own hotel booking for their stay at the venue Hotel Amande. To do so, please contact the hotel directly by e-mail at fom@amandehotel.cz with the appropriate promo code. The codes cannot be used on any of the booking platforms.

• REGULAR PARTICIPANTS are offered a discounted rate using the conference promo code:“conference CzBI“

• INVITED PARTICIPANTS  will not be charged using the code "invited CzBI"

The hotel creates and confirms all of the individual bookings. If you encounter any difficulties while making a booking, do not hesitate to reach out to the hotel manager Ivana Adámková by tel.: +420 720 971 044.

Rooms at the venue are available at discounted rates until hotel capacity is reached.

Oral presentations

• Regular: 10 min (+ 5 min discussion)
• Key lecture: 35 min (+ 10 min discussion)

The speakers are required to get in touch with the designated IT technician in advance to test and upload their slides:

• Before the conference program (8:00 - 9:00 AM) for morning session presentations
• At a morninig coffee break or lunch for afternoon session presentations

If there is a technical need, it will be possible to use your own laptop.

Poster presentations

Maximum size of a poster is A0 (height: 1 189 mm x width: 841 mm)

Poster stands are vertical. The authors are welcome to mount their posters as soon as they arrive to the venue. The conference organizers will be happy to assist.
