The conference Imaging Principles of Life 2021 will take place at the OREA Resort Devět Skal, located near the Milovsky Pond, which is near the city of Nove Mesto na Morave in the protected area of Zdarske vrchy.

Accommodation for all participants is provided directly by the hotel.

Cancellation policy

In case any government restrictions should occur relating to Covid-19 pandemic (e.g. lockdown, travelling and large event limitations), no cancellation fee is required.

If any other individual matters appear that will prevent you from attending the Conference, you standard cancellation fees will be charged.

Cancellation fees

Reservation cancelled between 12 October - 25 hours before scheduled arrival = cancellation fee is equivalent to one night’s stay.

Reservation cancelled 24 hours or less before scheduled arrival = the hotel charges a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.

COVID-19 PREVENTIVE MEASURES

Due to current anti-epidemic measures, it is necessary to present one of the following official confirmations:

• a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate (at least 14 days after the last application);
• a proof of disease recovery- immunity is recognized for 180 days from a positive PCR test;
• a negative PCR test from a certified sampling point – not older than 5 days;
• a negative antigen test from a certified sampling point – not older than 72 hours.

Participation at the conference is prohibited for persons who show clinical symptoms of COVID-19 or do not meet the stipulated conditions. Participants are obliged to wear a respiratory protective device (either a FFP2 respirator or a nanomask) for the entire duration of the conference in all indoor areas, except when eating or drinking.

PARKING

Parking for conference participants is free of charge in the hotel parking lot (both for accommodated guests and for the attending participants)
