Organizational structure
Czech-BioImaging Hub
Czech-BioImaging Hub represents the main administrative body of the infrastructure management. Residing at the Microscopy Centre of the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, it coordinates management, provides logistical, educational and communication support. Working closely with the Director and Steering Committee Vice-Chairs, the Hub ensures that all facilities operate synergistically under the Czech-BioImaging Business plan.

Supervisory Board
is the highest decision-making body, which consists of the statutory representatives or their nominated representatives from each partner institution. The statutory representative of the IMG acts as a legal representative of the Czech-BioImaging.

Steering Committee
consists of leaders of imaging facilities of partner institutions and is presided by the Director. As a control authority, it is held accountable to the Supervisory Board. The Steering Committee monitors the overall state of development of Czech-BioImaging and suggests its future direction.

International Advisory Board
is composed of 10-16 high-level scientific experts from academia and industrial sectors, elected by the Steering Committee. It provides feedback to the Supervisory Board regarding the direction of Czech-BioImaging and makes proposals to improve its functioning. The IAB also periodically evaluates the scientific program of Czech-BioImaging, the quality and relevance of planned technologies, as well as core facilities, and that of achieved results.
